The first radio single off of the self titled Robby Abel EP, Make It Right follows a small town breakup and rumor mill spotlighted in the chorus with the line “It’s all over town, so it don’t help to hide”. It gives a candid look into the soul of a man who longs for what is just out of reach in the words “When the bow breaks and the waters cold, the saltiest sailor needs a woman to hold”.
Robby Abel is a songwriter, singer and country music artist from Lockhart Texas. His first album release came in the form of 2004’s Turning Point by Robby Abel and The Gringo Allstars featuring favorites “Going to Mexico” “Five Shots” and “Got it Good”. After an extended break from stage and studio Robby emerged back onto the scene in January 2025 with his self titled Robby Abel EP.
